Want to Know How Idle-Hour Ranch Began?
Idle-Hour Ranch is an 80 acre working farm in Miami County that has been in the Iddings family for generations. The farm was established sometime around 1900 and consisted of a farmhouse, an outhouse, a large barn, and a corn crib; a kitchen and indoor bathroom was added onto the house around 1945. The farm currently has a crop rotation of corn and soy beans; and in the past, also included wheat.
